By purchasing any Carlo Medina Fit program (Foundation / La Base, Behind the Scenes / Detrás de Cámaras, or Inner Circle / Círculo Interno), you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

WHY NO REFUNDS:

• All programs are 100% digital and access is granted immediately upon purchase
• Once you receive access to the Notion hubs, the value has been delivered in full
• Digital content cannot be "returned" once viewed

ONE-TIME PURCHASES (FOUNDATION):

• Foundation is a one-time purchase with lifetime access
• No refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges are offered for any reason
• This includes but is not limited to: not liking the content, not following the program, technical issues with your device, change of mind, or financial hardship

SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS (BEHIND THE SCENES, INNER CIRCLE):

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel
• You can cancel future payments at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by emailing [email protected]
• Cancellation stops future charges immediately
• Cancellation does NOT refund any past payments
• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No prorated refunds will be issued
